Outside of scheduled meetings, our operating hours are M-F 9 am-5 pm. Emails received outside of these hours will be responded to at the earliest convenience.

No. We are firm believers in only sending 1 potential match at a time. We do not believe in giving multiple options at once.

Yes. If you are not interested in the first match you receive, or if it doesn't progress beyond getting to know each other, we will resume the search process. We reserve the right to terminate the service.

While we cannot guarantee you will be successfully matched, most users receive at least 1 match a month.
